Here at Solutions, we are doing all we can to help make our matchmaking process safe for all members and staff. We consult one client at a time in our clean offices, sanitise between appointments, and follow guidelines provided by our government. We ask all current and future members to please advise us if they choose not to vaccinate.

We are not here to judge anyone’s personal choice, but we do need to navigate our process with mindful care and to be fair and honest to anyone using our services. The safety and wellbeing of our staff and members is of utmost priority.

If you wish to come into the office for any reason, an appointment needs to be made.

We sincerely hope everyone will be positive, respect each other and do their best to follow the guidelines. We can still enjoy being connected with others, meet new people, and take care of our physical and mental wellbeing whilst learning to live with COVID-19.
